Scripts July Kit!

I created the projects below using the July kit from Scrap etc. Scripts. They have some really fun kits! You should check them out!

I machine stitched some 2" x 3 1/2" fabric rectangles together and then stitched the block to my layout. The smaller photo of me is mounted on a journaling pocket. The journaling card reads: I’ll be 36 in a couple months, and over the past few years I’ve been noticing the lines around my eyes increasing and deepening. They are really only noticeable when I smile big or laugh… but they are there. I’ve decided not to let this sign of aging get me down though, instead, I’m looking at them as marks of a happy life!

I also made this fun and easy card (below). I just folded over the large tag and embellished it!

I also wanted to mention that Prima is having an online Sidewalk Sale! Go check out their blog for some great deals and a chance to win a HUGE prize!
