sunday's seven

You know what? I love watching the Olympics. LOVE it! Maybe even a little too much, since it keeps me up late night after night...but I just love seeing the athletes achieve their dreams! It's awesome! So, for the past week I've been watching as many of the events as possible. This past week has been a good one, with lots to be thankful for. Here's my list for the week.

1. Spending Valentine's Day with my 3 sweeties.
2. A little time to myself to just relax.
3. Getting some reorganizing done at home. Oh how I love an organized home!
4. Sleeping in! I love watching the Olympics, but I always stay up way too late! Good thing I have an awesome hubby who let's me sleep in when I need to.
5. A trip to my hairstylist for a sassy new look...photo to come as soon as I figure out how to style it!
6. Family time and watching the Olympics together.
7. Watching my girl play some hoops and then shopping and hanging out with her afterward.

Something else from the past week is this layout I created for Fancy Pants, using their Frosted collection. I painted the raw chipboard letters white and then covered them with clear liquid adhesive and flock. The photos are from the last snow day my kids had. They had so much fun playing in the new snow. They stayed out there for over two hours, I think I lasted a whole 30 minutes. Pretty tough, huh? It's funny how winter seems colder each year I get older...

Supplies Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper; Patterned paper, Stickers, Rubons, Chipboard, Ribbon, Buttons, Brad: Fancy Pants Designs; Paint: Making Memories; Flock: Doodlebug Designs; Other: thread.

Thanks for stopping by and happy Sunday!

Great layout Cindy!! Wish we got snow here in SA! I have also been enjoying the Olympics, even though we only get an hourly highlights show every day. Wish I could have watched it live. I am frantically trying to finish my Minimalist Cardi before closing ceremony, but I don't think I am going to make it! I am on the sleeves, but have only done 9 inches so far!
