Scrapbooking with Fabric & Notions

Good morning! Today I have a couple of things to share. First, I have a technique blog post up on the CK blog today that is perfect for fall pages! The photo on the left is a little peek - you can see the full page along with technique instructions on the CK blog.

Next, I have a new Creating Keepsakes special issue, Scrapbooking with Fabric & Notions to share with you - literally - I have one copy to give away to one lovely blog reader, compliments of CK! First, a bit about this special issue.

As the title suggests, it is filled with awesome ideas for using fabric and notions - aka sewing stuff - on your scrapbook pages. I love, love, love fabric and sewing and am so excited to see this new special issue. I was blessed to contribute both layouts and chapter opener art for this issue. You can see some of my chapter opener art here.

Below is the cover featuring a beautiful layout by Piradee Talvanna and a page from inside the issue featuring one of my layouts, "Interactive Fun." My page includes a mini book that I created using fusible web, fabric, and wool felt.

Here's a bigger peek inside this issue.

Now for the giveaway!  Creating Keepsakes has generously offered to give away one copy of  Scrapbooking with Fabric & Notions on my blog. Just leave a comment on this post, along with your email address (so I can contact you if you're the winner) for your chance to win, and I will randomly select one winner to receive this awesome special issue!

Only one entry per person please. You have until Friday, November 11, 2011 at midnight EST to enter. I will randomly draw one winner for this issue and post their name here on Saturday, November 12th. Don't forget to include your email address with your comment and I'll contact you if you're the winner.

Best of luck!
