From the Pages of My Sketchbook

This is my bitty (3 1/2 x 5 1/2) Moleskin sketchbook that I mentioned in this post. I take it with me everywhere. Well, everywhere I take my purse, that is.

I love to sketch flowers. They're a staple in my box of "things to sketch."  They're perfect for trying out different color combinations. I've discovered that I love to paint with bright color. Although, that could just be in response to the winter blahs. I guess I'll know for sure in the spring. ;-)
