Little Yellow Bicycle Giveaway!

Hello! Hello! Who's ready for a giveaway? Today my third guest post is going up over on the Little Yellow Bicycle blog AND I have some goodies to give away (here on my blog), compliments of LYB.

Don't they look awesome?! (Sorry for the bad photo - it's dark here, so no natural light to snap my pic in.) To be entered to win this package of Christmas-y goodness simply leave a comment sharing something that you love about the holiday season. Also, please leave your email address so I can contact you if you're the winner.

Only one entry per person please. You must live in the continental United States to enter. You have until Tuesday, December 20th at midnight EST to enter. I will randomly draw one winner and post their name here on Wednesday, December 21st.

Good luck!

I love the look on my grand daughters face each year when we turn the tree lights on for the first time. It's like her playmate has returned after a long absence. I
have enjoyed this scene for the last ten years and hope to see it for several more.

Love your projects, thanks for sharing. Robingib4@aol.com

I LOVE the cards you posted today- the layered tissue and tracing papers was such a wonderful look! I'm really enjoying watching our 4yr old get into Christmas. This year we let him help decorate the tree and since then he keeps saying he wants to put more ornaments on it (all packed away) and to decorate the house (already done.)

Very pretty cards! I love all the small details! I love this time of season, looking at the decorations, spending time with family, and I woke up to snow this morning! Now it's really feeling like Christmas!

I love being able to spend lots of time with my extended family, whether is playing games, watching movies, or going to a Christmas light display. It's the one time of year where we can all be together in one place with little to no interruptions. Thanks for sharing such beautiful projects!

I love your cards at LYB! For me my favorite part of Christmas has to be getting to see my grandson from FL. We only get to see him 1-2 times a year now, and miss him so much that it's pure joy at Christmas to be with him.

This christmas is even more special - our son and daughter in law have told us that we are going to be grandparents - the first grandchild - we are so excited. New traditions are starting this year and we are looking forward to be a part of that. The giveaway is beautiful and what a way to start new traditions with new stuff....

I really love decorating the tree as a family. Every year I give my husband and kids an ornament that represents something they love that year. It's really fun to reminisce about things they used to love!
Great giveaway, thanks for the chance.

What a fab bunch of goodies! What I love most of all this season is the spirit of goodness and giving that people show. It is so contagious - from the bell ringers that make you smile to the mitten trees, the toy trees- Love it all!

TeenaBugg38 said...

My favorite part of the holidays is definitely the excitement my kids have....it's totally contagious!! And altho we should ALL be doing something nice for someone all year long.....I tend to feel a little more generous around the holidays and if I see a stranger in need I try to help them. I bought a gentleman some gloves and a cup of coffee yesterday and it brought tears to his eyes.....and mine :)

THAT is my favorite part of the holidays!!!!

I love that I can spend more time with my family. Since I work at the school, I am off when my children are off and our scout troop policy is that we don't meet when school is out, so we have lots of time to do things together as a family without other obligations getting in the way.

You've got talent, Girl!
A M A Z I N G cards :)
I love convoying, every year to the
M A G I C A L bavarian theme town of
Leavewirth, Washington-
With all five of my kids ( ages 8-30)
We sled, eat chestnuts and the best
German brats, we listen and dance to all
The live music (held under a huge
European style gazebo) all a while taking
In the snowcapped mountains views as we are
Nestled by openfires! We stroll
Down the snowy streets window shopping
And always pick up a family ornament at
KrisKringles. Some times we take a ride
In the sleigh and end our day by watching
The town light up in heavenly glimmers of light
One building at a time! Aweeee... I love family
Traditions. Have a very Merry Christmas!

I love the spirit of giving this time of year. Just last week, we were trying to organize a service project for my daughter's Girl Scout troop. The woman we were working with asked us, "could you possibly come another time - SO many people come to help this time of year". It's a good problem to have, right?? I feel like people are just more willing to help each other out this time of year - I love that this holiday spirit is out in full force!

Beautiful work as always, Cindy! Thanks for the chance to win this amazing LYB prize...talk about the spirit of giving! :) Happy Holidays!
