Art Journal Play

I'm already putting the photos from my recent trip to Fredrick Meijer Gardens to good use.

This art journal spread was all about layers. 

Layers of handwriting in waterproof ink, layers of fluid acrylics and layers of watercolors. I'm still not super comfortable using the fluid acrylics. I need to watch some online videos about how to use them. If you know of any good ones, please share a link in the comments. Thanks!
