Project Life 2012: Week 44

Week forty-four consists of two 12x12 multi-pocket pages, one 8.5x11 insert, and one 6x12 insert. The 8.5x11 insert contains Moya's basketball award.

The front of the 6x12 contains a large photo of Lucy, the sweet kitty we adopted during week forty-four. The back of the 6x12 (not pictured) contains information about hurricane Sandy.

To embellish the photo of Lucy I cut several layers of green tulle, stapled them to the photo and layered a wood veneer heart over the top. 

Moya attended one of her best friend's birthday party, and her friend's mom took the girls to a photographer for a photo session. Moya's friend is from India, so they all dressed in Saris for the photos. Moya and all the girls had such a fun time and Moya received the two photos pictured here from her friend. Super cool.

p.s. For those wondering why on earth I'm posting 2012 Project Life pages in 2013...I got a little, okay, WAY behind because of an illness last year, and well, I'm too stubborn to give up on completing my 2012 album.
