Sketchbook: Ludington

Five months have passed since I posted sketches from my 2013 summer vacation sketchbook. You can see the first post here, and the second post here.

These sketches are from our adventure on Hamlin Lake, that actually ended early because of some engine trouble. It was still nice getting out on the water for a little while on such a beautiful day. My brother is pictured in the above sketches working on getting his boat engine to start up again, which, thankfully he did.

Supplies used: mixed media adhesive (used to prime the pages for paint), watercolor travel set, water brush, white paint marker, and waterproof pens.
